Request for Pre-Qualification

Effective January 6, 2011, Clark Regional Wastewater District will be utilizing the City of Vancouver's Shared Small Works Roster. After this date, the District's existing Small Roster will be invalid. The District may use the City's Shared Small Works Roster, in lieu of advertising, to solicit bids for any public work or improvements estimated to cost less than $300,000.

As lead agency, the City of Vancouver manages the Shared Roster and receives, reviews and approves each contractor's application submittal. Once approved, the City will add the contractor to the Shared Roster as an eligible contractor, exposing contractors not only to the District's small works projects, but also to the small works projects of the other participating agencies, including the City of Battle Ground, the City of La Center, the City of Ridgefield, the City of Vancouver, the City of Washougal, Clark County, the Town of Yacolt and C-Tran.

Request for Qualifications - Consultant Services

In accordance with RCW Chapter 39, Clark Regional Wastewater District is announcing its projected requirements for certain professional services for 2012 calendar year. The required services include, but are not limited to:

• Engineering
• Surveying
• Land Acquisition
• Appraisal
• Geotechnical
• Website Design

Consultants who are interested in providing services are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications accompanied by a completed 2012 Consultant Questionnaire identifying the area(s) of expertise. The Qualifications and Questionnaire are to be submitted to Shawn Moore, District Engineer, Clark Regional Wastewater District, PO Box 8979, Vancouver, WA 98668-8979, by Tuesday, January 31, 2012. This information shall be kept on file for the 2012 calendar year.

Vendor List Existence & Solicitation

In accordance with RCW Chapter 57.08, Clark Regional Wastewater District is announcing its existence of a Vendor List.  The vendor types include, but are not limited to:

• Office Supplies & Equipment
• Printing Services
• Vehicle Parts & Repair Services
• Equipment Repair & Maintenance Services (i.e., pumps, TV equipment, etc.)
• Materials
• Equipment Purchases
• Facility Repair and Maintenance
• Safety Supply

Vendors interested in providing services or equipment to the District must submit an Application for Vendor List (pdf, 101K). The information is to be submitted to the attention of Accounts Payable of the Clark Regional Wastewater District at PO Box 8979, Vancouver, WA 98668-8979.  This information shall be kept on file for the 2012 calendar year.
