FACILITY MAINTENANCE
The Clark Regional Wastewater District is accepting applications for the position of Facility Maintenance. This is a full-time position. Minimum qualifications include two years of experience providing operational maintenance support to a facility including landscaping, janitorial and building maintenance. Knowledge and experience performing minor repair of power equipment including riding lawnmower, front end loader and outdoor power tools and the ability to lift 75 pounds. FINANCE SPECIALIST II
The Clark Regional Wastewater District is seeking a Finance Specialist II that has experience and proficiency in multiple accounting functions including utility billing, payments, project management and reporting and reconciliation and complements those skills with excellent customer service. This position communicates with customers directly and frequently, while also processing the various financial activities of the District. The position reports directly to the Finance Supervisor with support by the Finance Specialist 3. Minimum qualifications for this position include two years post secondary accounting or bookkeeping coursework and three years of work experience in an office accounting environment. Starting salary $3125 a month.

GENERAL MANAGER
The Clark Regional Wastewater District is seeking a General Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a highly acclaimed Special Purpose District that has been awarded the APWA Accreditation (only one in North America). The District has provided challenging and interesting work with an experienced staff of 40 employees for almost 50 years. The General Manager reports to a 3-person elected Board of Commissioners. The Clark Regional Wastewater District is located in Vancouver, WA. The District is just 15 minutes from downtown Portland and less than one and one-half hours away from either the coast or great skiing at Mt. Hood. Great schools, affordable housing and no state income tax are just some of the attractions. Great neighborhoods or country living is just minutes away.
The General Manager has a contract with the Board that includes a salary and individual benefit package of approximately $120k in total compensation.
