Small Works Roster & Consutlant Roster
Clark Regional Wastewater District periodically advertises and/or solicits bids for a variety of Public Works and Small Works projects.  Public Works projects (over $300,000) are advertised in the Columbian newspaper and occasionally other publications (e.g., Daily Journal of Commerce).  Small Works projects (less than $300,000) may be advertised or bids may be solicited from contractors on the District's Municipal Research Municipal Research Small Works Roster in lieu of advertising. 

Clark Regional Wastewater District is transitioning our Public Small Works Roster and Consultant Roster to the MRSC Rosters shared online database. To continue being eligible to work on projects using a roster process, please register for FREE at www.mrscrosters.org and select Clark Regional Wastewater District in your account. Previously submitted applications cannot be transferred, so you must re-apply.

Online Plan Center
Project plans and specifications are available based on the terms indicated in the project advertisement and/or request for bids. They are normally available for download via the District's online plan center. New users will need to register for a free user account at the plan center's website.
