Public Works & Small Works Projects
Clark Regional Wastewater District periodically advertises and/or solicits bids for a variety of Public Works and Small Works projects. Public Works projects (over $300,000) are advertised in the Columbian newspaper and occasionally other publications (e.g., Daily Journal of Commerce). Small Works projects (less than $300,000) may be advertised or bids may be solicited from contractors on the City of Vancouver’s Shared Small Works Roster in lieu of advertising.
As lead agency, the City of Vancouver manages the Shared Roster and receives, reviews and approves each contractor's application submittal. Once approved, the City will add the contractor to the Shared Roster as an eligible contractor, exposing contractors not only to the District's small works projects, but also to the small works projects of the other participating agencies, including the City of Battle Ground, the City of La Center, the City of Ridgefield, the City of Vancouver, the City of Washougal, Clark County, the Town of Yacolt and C-Tran.

Project plans and specifications are available based on the terms indicated in the project advertisement and/or request for bids. They are normally available for download via the District's online plan center. New users will need to register for a free user account at the plan center's website.
