Pay Your Bill

Residential accounts are billed $35.00 on a bi-monthly cycle ($70.00 per bill).

Commercial accounts are billed monthly, and the amount of the bill is dictated by established use.

You now have many options for making a Clark Regional Wastewater District utility payment. The District currently accepts cash, check, cashier check, money order, Visa and MasterCard.

This service is free, but you must be using a web browser that supports "JavaScript", such as Netscape 4 or newer or Internet Explorer 4 or newer.

District customers who wish to receive their wastewater utility bills via e-mail are only a few mouse clicks away from paperless utility billing. 

For added security, the District uses a two-part process for customers who wish to use e-billing—registration and verification. To sign up to receive an e-bill, you must first register using your latest District utility bill.  Go to the District website (www.crwwd.com) and click on the “Online Bill-Pay / View Account / E-Bill Enrollment” box in the center of the page. You will be directed to the online bill payment log-in page.

To Register Your Account:

  1. Under “Registration Options” (on the right side of the page) click on “Register using your utility bill”.
  2. Enter both the first name and last name in all upper case letters and the account number exactly as it appears on your billing statement; enter your active e-mail address and create a password; then click “Register”.
  3. If step 2 is successfully completed, the CRWWD account management window for your utility account will appear.

To Sign Up For E-Billing:

  1. Log in to your account and choose “My Profile”.  Under Account Information, you will see “Verify E-mail Address” in red with “click here” to verify your email.  Select “click here”.  This will generate a verification message to be sent to your e-mail account.
  2. Next log out of your utility account and log in to your e-mail account. You will see an e-mail requesting you to verify your e-mail address with a link directing you back to the CRWWD Customer Dashboard.  Click on this link, which will take you back to the CRWWD account log-in site. 
  3. Log in to your account again, go to “My Profile,” “Your Accounts” and click on the account number.
  4. Go to “Electronic Bill via E-Mail” and click on ”YES” and then on “Submit.”  (Note: this is also where you can elect to receive a paper bill too.)

If you need assistance registering for e-billing, please call the District office between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, at (360) 750-5876 and select option “1” for customer service.  One of the Finance Specialists will answer your questions and can walk you through the e-bill registration process.

Once your e-bill registration is completed, you will begin receiving an e-mail with your bill embedded in the text portion of the message.  The Connections newsletter will also be sent electronically on your normal billing cycle.  If you do not receive an e-bill or a printed bill, please contact the District so we may research the issue.

With electronic payments and e-bills, District residents must remember to contact the District when they move, even if the new residence is in the District service area, so they can continue being billed for service for the correct property.

To begin participating, complete the following:

  1. Download and fill out the Direct Debit Authorization Form (pdf, 256K).
  2. Submit a voided check from the account you would like to be debited. Without the voided check, we cannot process your request. Please ensure the check is voided when submitting.

Do not send Direct Debit forms with your regular billings, as a third party processes these, and the forms may not be returned to the District. Please contact Customer Service if you require further information  at (360) 750-5876 or send an email to finance@crwwd.com.

All customers participating in AutoPay will receive statements that say Auto Pay - Do Not Pay on the Total Due line. The amount due will be debited from your account on the last business day of the month. Those participating in the AutoPay program may not make payment arrangements.
