Reserve a Meeting Room

The District allows outside users, non-profit organizations, and community groups to reserve and use our meeting facilities when District personnel are present and participating. The facilities are available without charge to responsible community groups for business meetings and for public meetings that comply with the District’s policies and guidelines for use.

Meeting Room

  • Maximum occupancy – 81 persons.
  • The room can be configured to best suit your meeting format.  The user is responsible for setting up and taking down the tables and chairs.
  • Access is provided to:
    • Tables and chairs
    • The adjacent adjournment room
    • restroom facilities
  • Public Wi-Fi is available.
  • Other meeting rooms may be available and assigned for use, at the discretion of the District.
  • The room was built to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Guidelines for Use

Review the following guidelines before submitting your application to reserve the District meeting room.  A complete list of the policies and guidelines for use is included on the reservation request form.

  • The facilities are for District business, and a District Board or staff member must be present and participate in the meeting.
  • The facilities are NOT available:
    • for parties of any nature
    • for religious services
  • The facilities are NOT available where admission is charged or a collection taken for:
    • the benefit of any political party, political or quasi-political movement, or candidate; or
    • for any lecturer or entertainer; or
    • any form of private gain
  • Facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.
  • Requests for recurring meetings are subject to approval.
    • separate reservations must be made for each use
    • the frequency of meetings is limited by the District
  • Free parking is available onsite.
    • parking availability is very limited during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; carpooling is highly suggested
  • The District reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the space is needed for its own use.

Reservation Requests

To inquire about reserving the meeting room, please complete and submit the online reservation request form along with a signed release of liability. A copy of the forms can also be printed and submitted via email.
