If you pay your bill with cash, check, or in person, no action is required. If you pay your bill online or through auto payments, you will need to sign up for a new account to continue paying online.
Historically, CRWWD has covered the credit card fee on behalf of our valued customers. Moving forward, businesses or non-residential customers who choose to pay with a credit card will be responsible for the processing fee of 3.25% of the transaction amount or a minimum of $2.00 per transaction (whichever is greater).
