If you are a contractor in the State of Washington and are working on a District project, you must submit certain forms in order to ensure you are paid for the work in a timely manner.

Clark Regional Wastewater District periodically advertises and/or solicits bids for a variety of Public Works and Small Works projects. Public Works projects ($350,000 and over) are advertised in the Columbian newspaper and occasionally other publications (e.g., Daily Journal of Commerce).

Project plans and specifications are available based on the terms and conditions indicated in the project advertisement and/or request for bids. They are available for download via the District’s procurement portal. The District utilizes MRSC Bonfire for electronic bidding. New users will need to register for a free account on the procurement portal website.
