This section will assist developers, consultants, and contractors with the procedures and details needed to complete wastewater infrastructure projects within the Clark Regional Wastewater District service area.

Developers are involved with all four phases of development, but are more typically are concerned with the Research and Planning and Final Acceptance phases. More »

Contractors are involved in the construction, inspection, and testing phases of sanitary sewer projects. More »

Tenant Improvements involves the interior renovation of an existing building or “tenant” space that is already connected to sewer. This is often done by a commercial/industrial building owner or small business owner. More »
