The District is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements or bill assistance. Governor Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-23, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. This Proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services. Please contact customer service at (360) 750-5876 x601 for more information.

Payment Options

Pay Your Bill

There are many options for making your Clark Regional Wastewater District utility payment.

AutoPay (Direct Debit bank account)

Take the worry out of remembering to pay your bill by signing up for automatic payments through your checking or savings account.

Direct Debit authorization forms are available online, at the District office at 8000 NE 52nd Court, Vancouver WA 98665, or by calling Customer Service: 360-750-5876

To begin participating, complete the following:

  • Fill out the Direct Debit Authorization Form.
  • Submit a voided check from the account you would like to be debited. Without the voided check, we cannot process your request. Please ensure the check is voided when submitting.

Mail the above documents to:
Clark Regional Wastewater District
PO Box 8979
Vancouver, WA 98668-8979

Do not send Direct Debit forms with your regular billings, as a third party processes these, and the forms may not be returned to the District. New forms must be received by the 20th of the month before your next bill cycle. Please contact Customer Service if you require further information at 360-750-5876 or send an email to finance@crwwd.com.
