2020 Construction Forecast

As each year progresses, the construction activity ebbs and flows. Traditionally, the summer months are the most active for construction work. However, there are opportunities for projects throughout the service area to be under construction at any time, as needed. Each project will vary in its complexity, size, scale and potential for traffic impacts. To keep you informed of the District related construction activities that you may see in the coming months, please review the following information. Gravity Restoration and Replacement (R&R) Programs

Through routine maintenance and assessment of the gravity sewers, isolated segments of the collection system are identified for R&R. Spot Repair Projects will take place at various times and at various locations throughout the year.

District Campus Improvements

This project will expand the District facilities to house its operations. The project includes a new Operations Center, a new covered storage structure, and a remodel of the existing administration and maintenance buildings. Sierra Vista/Hunter’s Glen Pump Station Removals
