BILLING SYSTEM BENEFITS

Here’s What You Need to Do
If you pay online or use AutoPay, you’ll need to create a new online account. Here’s what to do:
If you do not register by March 31, 2027, your AutoPay will no longer be valid. If you currently receive an electronic billing statement, a paper statement will be mailed to you instead, and late fees may apply if your bill is not paid on time. If you pay in person or by mail, no action is required. You can continue paying your bill as you do currently.

If you pay your bill with check, cash, or in person, no action is required. To continue to pay on-line or through auto-pay you will need to sign-up for a new account.
To protect your privacy, District staff do not have access to transfer your existing account information to the new billing system. If you are currently enrolled in AutoPay and would like to continue making payments automatically, you will need to create a new account starting March 1, 2027. Current billing and payment methods will be disabled from the old system on February 28, 2027, at which time, staff will no longer have access to your information. If you do not enroll in the new system, your automatic payment will not be processed.
To continue utilizing auto-pay you must enroll in our new system. Follow these instructions:
- Wait to receive your new “Location ID” and “Customer Number” in the mail from the District in February 2027.
- Register online beginning March 1, 2027, using that information.
- Enroll in autopay or make a one-time payment.
Alternatively, you can access your “Location ID” and “Customer Number” when you receive your bill in April and pay online at that time.
