Notice of Intent to Sell Surplus Property
The District does not have any surplus property for sale at this time.
The District property listed below is no longer needed by the District and is available for purchase under the terms listed here: Surplus Property Notice - Aug 6, 2025. Each of these items is sold as is with no warranty or guarantee.
The property is available for viewing at the main District office during regular business hours. Please contact Mike Mayhak for viewing. If interested in bidding on an item, please submit a sealed bid in a letter size envelope to Kim Thur. The sealed bid shall include the following information: bidder’s name, phone number, bid item number(s), and bid amount(s).
Sealed bids shall be accepted until 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 14. Winning bidders will be notified on Monday, August 18. Winning bidders must remit payment within 2 business days. If payment is not received within the specified time, the bid will be void and the next highest bidder will be provided the opportunity to purchase.
All items must be removed from the District no later than Friday, August 29. For more information:
