2024 Construction Forecast
As each year progresses, the construction activity ebbs and flows. Traditionally, the summer months are the most active for construction work. However, there are opportunities for projects throughout the service area to be under construction at any time, as needed. Each project will vary in its complexity, size, scale and potential for traffic impacts. Restoration and Replacement (R&R) Allowance and Programs
Through routine maintenance and assessment of the gravity sewers, isolated segments of the collection system are identified for R&R. Spot Repair Projects will take place at various times and at various locations throughout the year.

Development Sewer Extension Projects

Whipple Creek North Pump Station Upgrade
This project will upgrade an existing pump station and provide increased capacity to serve the NE 179th Street Corridor in support of economic development and jobs creation.
